Im new to the area and Creamery Tire was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad that I listened to her! There was a line to the door when I arrived, due to an electrical outage in the area. I was worried that I had picked the wrong day to come when it took 15 minutes to get to the counter. Doug took care of setting up my appointment and was polite and friendly right from the start. I sat down to wait for maybe 5 minutes when the handy alarm that he gave me went off. I pulled my car into the carport and was greeted by a friendly & polite mechanic whose name I didn't catch. Then I sat for another 5-10 minutes when I was called to cash out. Again, very polite, and surprised me not only with a customer credit for my next visit but also a tire rebate that I was not aware of!! This is by far the friendliest and most well-organized service appointment I have ever had for my vehicle. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I was on my way. Thanks to all of the hard workers there who made it so quick and easy!! I will most definitely return!! PS: I love my new Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring Tires!!

This is the best place where they have trustworthy and friendly employees. They are fast and reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone. The longest I have ever been there is for 1hr for 2 new tires.

All I can say is wow. I ordered my tires on a Wednesday and got the call on Thursday that it was in. I drove up during my lunch hour. They had me back at the office within an hour. Now I got there before the rush. They are courteous and extremely friendly. I know where I will be going from now on to get my tires.

For the past month i have had a bad vibration in my truck when it hit 50 mph and above that would shake my insides crazy. I went to creamery for help to see if the balancing need it to be checked. they not only fixed the problem with professionalism their customer service was second to none!!!!! Their was no charge and i believe its because something like that should have been done right the first time!!! They have earned my business from here on out!!!! Thank you creamery tire. OUTSTANDING!!!

SO I thought this company was new, since I just started hearing their commercials last year. Where have I been not knowing about them sooner. My sister went there and raved about them, so I called them and from the first call, till I pulled my car out of the bay when my car was finished , the professionalism and huge respect from all the employees was first class. Love this company , Awesome prices and workmanship. I will use them for all of my tire services now.
