All things being equal, I've had some issues in the past but honestly management contacted me pretty quickly and we resolved it. Today's experience was fantastic it's 5 out of 5 stars the employees could be more helpful or more professional and the owner was also involved and he was good

I wanted to thank Jim for going above and beyond the call of duty yesterday. I got a flat tire on my home from work in a area I'm not familiar with. I pulled in to the parking lot of a beer outlet who offered to call Creamery Tire and see if someone could come around the block and take a look at my tire. Jim arrived and put my spare tire on, even having to go back to work to get a hammer to get my hubcap back on. I followed him back to Creamery Tire where a friendly counter employee put in a request to replace my tire. I asked the employee for Jim's last name. She laughed and said there is only Jim here and he is one of the owners! I have been in customer service my entire life and never have I have been so impressed with the kindness of one individual to another and his willingness to help a non-client on what was a very hot and busy work day for him. Jim is not only a great guy but an outstanding example of customer service at its best. I will recommend Creamery Tire to my family, friends and work associates.

I just wanted to say thank you for servicing me late yesterday evening.. I called for Road Side assistance thru may insurance company @ 12:07 they didn't get to me till 5:52... I rushed there and you made the rest of my day better. I arrived there @ 6:35 and you made it happen Thanks for everyone that went the extra mile to help me out Yesterday!
