GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT PRICES, GREAT SERVICE! WHY would I go anywhere else? I walked in today (11/072017) at approximately 9:26 am was finished and driving out by 10:03 am. I did not even have time to connect to there WIFI, but I am not complaining!!!!

Im new to the area and Creamery Tire was recommended to me by a friend. I am so glad that I listened to her! There was a line to the door when I arrived, due to an electrical outage in the area. I was worried that I had picked the wrong day to come when it took 15 minutes to get to the counter. Doug took care of setting up my appointment and was polite and friendly right from the start. I sat down to wait for maybe 5 minutes when the handy alarm that he gave me went off. I pulled my car into the carport and was greeted by a friendly & polite mechanic whose name I didn't catch. Then I sat for another 5-10 minutes when I was called to cash out. Again, very polite, and surprised me not only with a customer credit for my next visit but also a tire rebate that I was not aware of!! This is by far the friendliest and most well-organized service appointment I have ever had for my vehicle. It took about 30 minutes from start to finish and I was on my way. Thanks to all of the hard workers there who made it so quick and easy!! I will most definitely return!! PS: I love my new Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring Tires!!

I purchased 4 tires about a month and half ago and noticed a little bit of whine coming from one of them after app 3000 miles. Contacted them and went in the next day. They took the car in, placed all 4 tires on the balancer and found 2 were defective. They replaced the tires free (I had to pay for balancing), and even had 2 tires brought 'in case they were bad'. This is one more reason to go to them. Great price, great tires, great service and very professional. Thank you
