Job description

  • Provide outstanding customer service with existing and new customers at the retail location to convert foot traffic into long term customers.
  • Assisting customers in the tire buying experience. this will include, inspecting their current tires, qualifying the customer, determining, and recommending the best product to fit their needs.
  • Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer bases.
  • Communicate with all team members.
  • Investigates and solves customer concerns.
  • Accurately handles and accounts for all cash and credit card transactions including collections.
  • Maintain store appearance.
  • Other duties as requested or needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is required.
  • The ability to read, understand and follow procedures and guidelines.
  • Basic mathematics skills. Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • This position requires long periods of walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
