Job description
-
Provide outstanding customer service with existing and new customers at the retail location to convert foot traffic into long term customers.

Assisting customers in the tire buying experience. this will include, inspecting their current tires, qualifying the customer, determining, and recommending the best product to fit their needs.

Enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer bases.

Communicate with all team members.

Investigates and solves customer concerns.
-
Accurately handles and accounts for all cash and credit card transactions including collections.

Maintain store appearance.

Other duties as requested or needed.
Qualifications:
-
Previous customer service experience is required.
-
The ability to read, understand and follow procedures and guidelines.

Basic mathematics skills. Basic computer skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Must have a valid Driver’s license Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This position requires long periods of walking, standing, and sitting.
